This 18-storey structure on an artificial island near Doha is designed for the offices of Qatar’s Emir. Its crescent form with a star-shaped helipad reflects Islamic heritage, while 12 supporting columns honour Qatar’s National Day on December 18. Wrapped in golden calligraphy, it offers views of both the city skyline and the sea.
